great servicehardworking staffscruffy vibebad cups
the reception staff provided great service especially abhay he was very cute i found him always willing to help exceeding my expectations. he were very good too.
the hotel itself looked a little obsolete and deteriorated it could do with some more decent maintenance to avoid having a scruffy vibe. cleanliness is clearly not one of its strong points i noticed the cups for tea or coffee provided did not look very good.

friendly staff
The LOCATION is awesome for exploring. Staff members WERE super friendly AND helpful. I had clean bedding AND towels. I also liked the clean private bathroom.
THE carpet LOOKED filthy. I think IT needs to be CHANGED.

the location was acceptable for exploring the city center on foot.
i found the room quite disappointing the cleanliness was not great i saw stains on the carpet and the bathroom had a musty odor also the lack of proper soundproofing made it difficult to sleep i could hear noise from other rooms and the hallway.

the location allowed easy walks to famous streets. the staff were very helpful . the room size offered good comfort and space. it was nice to have a private bathroom available.
the stairs were quite narrow on the third floor (it was a little inconvenient).

I loved the location, a quick walk put me right in the heart of everything! the staff was super helpful, especially abhay. He really were very good. my room was big and the bed was comfy. i appreciated the great value this place offers.
the floor in the bathroom had damaged tiles, and some were loose. the water pressure in the shower was also very weak. i found this inconvenient.
